Emergency Loans

Emergencies shall include:-

• Sudden hospitalization -whereby cheques shall be written to the hospitals


• Court fine                    


• Medical cases                    

For all the above cases, genuine supporting documents should accompany the application  forms.

• Emergency loans granted shall not exceed  Kshs 30,000/=


• Repayment period shall not exceed six (6) months


• Interest rate shall be 1.15% per month on reducing balance basis


• May be granted to a member with another loan provided that the total of all outstanding loans do not exceed two (2) times the members’ deposits.
